Established in 1993 as D.L. Hughes Consulting to provide consulting services to Government contracting clients primarily located on the East coast. As its reputation for excellence grew its clients requested a broader scope of product and service offering to include software development, hardware and operational consulting services.  

As the business environment continued to evolve D.L. Hughes Consulting started to help clients get onto the world-wide web with website design and development. Today, a significant amount of our business is driven by our Internet Consulting division helping clients with search engine marketing, online brand strategy and management, social media as well as corporate website design and development.

We employ a flexible business operational model and can support our clients through staff augmentation (co-sourcing), project-based and managed services / outsourcing.
